>>By attending the property, you agree to the Short-Term Rental Agreement sent for signing at booking.
>>Guests must provide ID (front and back) plus a selfie for security and insurance.
>>Bookings made within 3 days of arrival require a selfie holding the credit card used for booking to help verify the reservation.
>>A security deposit (bond) is authorised separately.
>>Strictly no loud noise, parties or events. Quiet hours from 9:00 pm. Breaches may result in eviction.
>>No schoolies or toolies.

>>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

>>Smoking: $1,000 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee.
